Notice regarding Bill 29 and Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act (Québec)

 Availability of Replacement Parts, Repair Services, and Maintenance Information

Roborock Technology Limited("Roborock"), including its affiliated entities, provides the following information to Québec consumers in accordance with Bill 29 – Act to protect consumers from planned obsolescence and to promote the durability, repairability and maintenance of goods and the applicable regulations under Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Availability Guarantee Disclaimer

Please be advised that Roborock does not guarantee, within the meaning of Section 39 of the Consumer Protection Act and its regulations, the availability of:

·  replacement parts;  

·  repair services; or 

·  maintenance or repair information

for products that we manufacture, import, or sell in Québec.

This notice applies to all purchases, whether made through authorized retailers, online platforms, or other sales channels.

Warranty Support and Authorized Repair Services

Where applicable, during the legal warranty period, consumers may still obtain diagnosis and repair services through our authorized service centers, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Consumers who need assistance regarding warranty service may contact our customer support team. Our team will help direct you to an authorized service partner where available.

This Notice does not affect:

·  your rights under Québec’s legal warranty;

·  any applicable manufacturer’s warranty; or

·  any extended protection plans purchased from retailers (if applicable).
