Not as good as the hype

I had (and still have) a Roborock S4, still going strong after all the years. Decided to buy the Roborock QRevo Pro because I wanted another one with mopping from the same company.

Overall, nice upgrades; more silent, auto empty and refill, etc

However, here are the reasons I don't like this robot. Unfortunately I'm past the 30 days return windows, I would have return it because:

- Object avoidance is mostly inexistant, goes through wires and baby's toys
- Flexi arm is really just a fake gimmick, the mop is far from the edge, even when extended. That leaves my edges dry and unclean.
- Mopping is non consistent, leaves strikes on the floor inequal...

I would have liked to really appreciate this expensive robot, I did expected far more from it however. Would trade it for a more intelligent robot from another company for even less $.

Buy on Amazon and be sure to test it thoroughly through the 30 days return window.

I owned a Roborock S6 for five years and I was very impressed by its quality, reliability and performance. The Qrevo Pro 2.0 is simply extraordinary.

I love the app and how I can command it to start cleaning
It is quiet and efficient. Cleans corners and can tell carpet from floor. The mop is excellent
