Great vacuum

For many days I was researching a lot of different brands and was not finding one that was compatible with my needs.
After find roborock (didn't know before) I was a little hesitant to try this brand.
Once I receive the package, I saw the diference. The box, the details on the cardboard, the way each peace is assembled, even they have space to hidden the power cord, what amazing qualit in detais.
Once it started to map and clean, already notice the diference with other brands. The app is realy nice and you can map many levels of your house (many others don't have that).
After 15 days in use, it never got stuck in any place of my home and the house is pretty clean now compared with my old roomba.
Easy to say "hey google, clean my kitchen" and the roborock goes there easily and do an amazing job.
If you are looking for a robot vaccum, go for roborock that is no regrets. It's really good.

So much better than Roomba!

I got my very first Roomba, and while I loved the idea of a robot vacuum, I hated Roomba’s execution. The vacuum constantly got lost and couldn’t find its way to its dock, ran out of battery in my relatively small house, and wandered aimlessly across spots it had already done while neglecting whole rooms. The Roborock Q5 Max+ was $100 more than my Roomba, but the reviews were promising. I am so glad I returned that vacuum and got this one! It is one million times better at cleaning and navigation. It completes my main floor with 85% battery left. The app is intuitive and has helpful features for mapping things (I thought that would be complicated, but it’s really not). I highly recommend this robot vacuum!

Awesome machine

I had purchased an iRobot Roomba j8+ and had it clean the house for few months. Then I read an article that in the New York Times Wirecutter section about the best robot vacuum and your model was the winner. I went on your website and looked at all the incredible machines you had. I returned the iRobot because it wasn't always cleaning as well as I liked, especially the corners. I decided to try your machine because the price was less expensive (a very good selling point). To my amazement, your technology, using Lidar is much more advance and the way it cleaned my house was noticeably better. Down the road I plan on buying one of your units that washes the floor.

Great Product - Horrible Shipping Service - SHOP

This is the second unit we have for our home. Both work great. However the application called SHOP is terrible. Immediately after placing the order, this application indicated it was delivered. You should sever all ties from SHOP as they greatly endanger your brand equity and introduce a strong and early post decision dissonance with your customers. Literally any other platform would be superior.

The mapping feature works like it should, mapped the whole house on the first try and I was easily able to combine/separate rooms using the app. Highly recommend this vacuum for every day use.
