Better than Expected

This is my first robot vacuum, although most of my friends have robot vacuums so I am fiarly familiar with them and had expectations set based on my friends robots.

This thing has blown my expectations away. My friends have a range of vacuums from very cheap ones, to top of the line competitors. I wanted a dual roller robot without mopping, self emptying, and Lidar. This thing is way smarter than I thought it would be. It mapped out my rooms perfectly. Not only does it just do a very good job and cleaning my floors, but it does a few things that I really didnt think it would be able to do.

The first thing that the vacuum can do that I have seen many others fail, is clean under my dining room table. This little guy navigates the extremely tight area with all the table and chair legs. I figured it would get stuck, or avoid it all together, but no way, it gets in between all the legs and cleans everything.

The second thing it does that I even thought I read that vacuums wont do, is it goes under my couches. There is barely enough clearance but it rips right underneath and cleans all the area under my large sectional.

it also 4x4's over a few of my largers vents that I thought I would have to set as no go zones (which I still may do) but the point is it didn't get stuck.

The app is great and the features really make the experience worth it over those cheap on and off models that just bounce around. It does such a good job that a few of my friends have ordered the same model after seeing the app, and watching the robot do its thing.

Robo-rocks!

Life changing! Works better than a regular vacuum on wood floors, even with cat hair.

Finally a robot style vacuum that works as it should

As the title says….finally a vac that actually works. Have to golden retriever dogs. So lots of hair all day everyday. History bought my first robo vac in 2018 that one didn’t have all the room by room mapping etc of the newer ones. Worked pretty well while it lasted but had an incident that made it unusable. On to the next vac another roomba brand vac. Has all the fancy room mapping etc. worked sorta ok for a couple years. Battery failed got new battery and tried to keep it going. Many days would get message after I had left for the day “couldn’t finish job” “ couldn’t start job” “couldn’t clean everywhere you asked” list goes on. Just became tired of it. Not to mention the charging was a 50/50 daily. Maybe it maybe it wouldn’t. Wouldn’t know till the morning when it said battery too low to start scheduled job. Had an out of town trip coming up. Did a little research and decided on a shark with self emptying lidar etc. well worked reasonably ok for a couple days nothing special had to make quite a few “no go zones” or it would get stuck. Well…
