Agreement to Rules: By entering this Prime Day Reward Points Promotion (the "Promotion"), You (the "Entrant") agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions (or "Rules") and decisions, which are fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Roborock Promoter reserve the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any customer at any time at the Roborock Promoter's sole discretion. By entering the promotion, You represent and warrant that You are eligible to participate based on the eligibility requirements explained in the Terms & Conditions. You also agree to accept the decisions of the Roborock Promoter as final and binding as they relate to the content of the promotion.

1. Prime Day Reward Points Promotion Details

1.1 Promotion Period

12 - 26 June 2026(PDT): Earn 2x points 

1.2 Eligible Purchases: Eligible purchases refer to the orders placed through the official Roborock CA Official Store during the Prime Day Promotion Period are eligible for 2x points.

1.3 2x Points Multiplier: During the promotion period, the points you earn will be equal to 2x the total amount paid for your order. Only vacuum purchases made at MSRP will earn points equal to 2.4x the product value.

1.4 Points Exclusions: Points are not awarded for expenses such as taxes, delivery fees, or any other non-product charges.

1.5 Earning Points: Points will be added to your account as "Pending Points" after your product has been dispatched. If only part of your order has been dispatched, points for the dispatched items will be added first.

1.6 For specific points usage rules (including but not limited to points accrual, validity period, scope of application, redemption ratio, return/refund handling, non-convertibility into cash or non-transferability, etc.), please refer to the Points Usage Rules. Such rules constitute an integral part of this agreement and shall have the same legal effect as this clause.

1.7 Points Rounding: The number of points you receive will be rounded down based on your total spending amount.
Example: For an order totalling CAD $1,399.99, you will receive 1,399 points.

1.8 Points Redemption Rounding: When using points to deduct from an order, the deduction amount will also be rounded down.
 Example: If you have 1,000 points, and 30 points = CAD $1, you can deduct up to CAD $33, leaving 10 points remaining in your account.

1.9 Discount Code Impact: Please note that using discount codes or coupons may affect the total number of points deducted. The final calculation will depend on the actual deduction applied to your order.

1.10 Points Redemption Cap: Points redemption is capped at 30% of the order total. The remaining balance must be paid via other payment methods.

2. Points Freezing Period

37-Day Freezing Period: Points added as "Pending Points" during this promotion will be frozen for 37 days from the date they are added to your account. During the freezing period, these points can't be used or redeemed. After the freezing period ends, the points will become available for use.
Example: If your points are added to your account as "Pending Points" on 15 June 2026, they will become available for redemption from 22 July 2026.

3. Points Freezing, Deduction & Refund Rules

Applicable to all CA orders from the effective date.

3.1 Refund During Freezing Period: If any refund occurs for the order during the freezing period, a corresponding amount of points will be deducted from your pending points based on the refund amount.

3.2 Full Return During Freezing Period: In the case of a full return and refund of the order during the freezing period, the pending points related to that order will be cancelled and will not be unfrozen or made available.

3.3 Partial Refund: In the case of a partial refund, the available points will be calculated and granted after the freezing period ends, on a pro-rata basis of the final transaction amount.

3.4 Order Cancellation: If you cancel an order, the points used as payment for that order will be refunded to your account immediately.

3.5 Return of Full Order: If you return the entire order, the points used as payment will be refunded along with the refund. If you return part of the order, the corresponding portion of used points will be refunded based on the ratio of the returned item amount to the total order amount.

3.6 Expired Points Non-Refundable: If some or all of the points used for payment have expired at the time of cancellation or return, those expired points will not be refunded.

3.7 Points Redemption Exclusion: Orders paid in whole or in part with reward points are not eligible to earn additional reward points.

3.8 Points Earned & Reused for New Order: If you earn points from your first order, use those points to place a second order, and then request a full or partial return/refund for the first order, the corresponding points originally issued for the first order will be deducted. If your account balance is insufficient, the points balance may be deducted to zero or a negative value.

3.9 Return After Confirmation of Receipt: If you return an item after confirming receipt, the reward points earned from that order will be deducted after we confirm receipt of the return. Points that are about to expire will be deducted first.

4. Violation of Terms

4.1 Roborock reserves the right to cancel, forfeit, or reclaim any points earned if a member is found to have:

• Engaged in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to placing fictitious orders, manipulating transactions, or exploiting system errors to earn points unlawfully;

• Abused the returns or refund process, including but not limited to repeatedly returning items with the intention of circumventing the points system or obtaining points without genuine purchase intent;

• Violated any applicable laws or regulations, or the Company's Terms and Conditions, in connection with activities related to this promotion;

• Attempted to transfer, sell, or trade points in any unauthorised manner.

4.2 Please note that Roborock reserves the sole and final right to modify, suspend, replace, or terminate this Policy at any time. We will make every reasonable effort to provide notice to participants in the event of termination or replacement to allow for proper winding down, but we may not always be able to do so. However, Roborock reserves the right to make changes without the full notice period in exceptional circumstances, as permitted by law.

5. Force Majeure and Promotion Suspension/Termination

In the event of Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or any other objective circumstances that are unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable, or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that severely compromises the fairness of the promotion, Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures. These measures may include suspending, modifying the Promoiton rules, or terminating the Promotion.

 6. Disputes

THE PROMOTION IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF BRITISH COLUMBIA, AND APPLICABLE FEDERAL LAWS OF CANADA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. You agree that any arbitrable dispute arising out of or relating to this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre (VanIAC) under its then-current Domestic Arbitration Rules, with the seat of arbitration in Vancouver, British Columbia.The preceding provision regarding venue does not apply if you are a consumer based in the European Union. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you may make a claim in the courts of the country where you reside. Any claim under these Terms and Conditions must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. Claims made under the separate terms and conditions of purchase for goods and services are not subject to this limitation.

7. Severability

If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms is void, unenforceable or illegal in one jurisdiction, the remainder of these Terms shall be enforceable and valid in a court of competent jurisdiction.

6. Returns:

7. Improper Conduct:
 If Roborock reasonably determines that a customer has engaged in any improper conduct in connection with this promotion—including, but not limited to, fraudulent activity (e.g., automated purchasing, fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, cyberattacks, or other actions that violate the principles of good faith—Roborock reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline eligibility, revoke any issued gift, or cancel promotional benefits.
 Roborock also reserves the right to request the return of any promotional item or compensation received as a result of such improper conduct and to seek full compensation for any resulting losses, including direct financial damage, reputational harm, or reasonable legal and administrative costs.

8. Force Majeure and Program Suspension/Termination:
 In the event of Force Majeure—including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power or communication failures, or other unforeseen, unavoidable, and insurmountable circumstances—or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale abuse that compromise the fairness of the program, Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures, including suspending, modifying, or terminating this promotion.

9. Limitation of Liability: Policy Changes

• Your entry into Roborock’s promotionbundling promotion constitutes your agreement to release and hold harmless Roborock and its subsidiaries, representatives, affiliates, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, successors, agents, assigns, directors, employees, and officers from and against any and all claims, liability, illness, injury, death, litigation, loss, or damages that may occur, directly or indirectly from your participation in the promotion and/or the 1) purchas ing, receiving, using, or misusing of any product, discounted item, or free gift obtained through the promotion; 2) any type of technical failure; 3) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, phone, or Internet service; 4) unauthorized intervention in any part of the entry process or the promotionbundling promotion; 5) electronic error or human error in the promotionbundling promotion administration or the processing of entries.

• Roborock reserves the right to adjust the promotion content and rules as needed. You agree to review the latest version of these Terms before each participation. 10. Governing Law:
This promotion is governed by the laws of British Columbia, and applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Participants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including attorney’s fees, beyond their actual out-of-pocket expenses directly related to participation in this promotion.

Roborock 30-Day Price Match Promise

To provide our customers with confidence, Roborock offers a 30-Day Price Match Promise on eligible purchases made through official Roborock Canada online stores.

1. Eligibility

This guarantee applies to:

• Purchases made directly from https://ca.roborock.com/pages/roborock-store.
  
• The same product (identical model, specifications, and color) that is new and in stock at the time of the request.
  

Third-party reseller or marketplace orders (such as Amazon, eBay, or other online retailers) are not covered by this policy.

2. Guarantee Period

The Price Match Promise is valid for 30 calendar days from the original purchase date, as indicated on your order confirmation.

If the same item is offered at a lower publicly listed price on an official Roborock Canada online store within this 30-day period, you may request a refund of the price difference.

3. Request Process

To submit a Price Match request:

Contact Roborock Customer Service via support-ca@roborock.com.

Provide the following information:

• Order number
• Purchase date
• Screenshot or valid link showing the lower price and timestamp
  

Once verified, Roborock will process the refund of the price difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exclusions

Requests where the lower-priced item used for comparison falls under any of the following categories are not eligible:

• Coupon codes, vouchers, membership discounts, special group discounts, bundles, referral or share discounts, bundles or gift-with-purchase promotions.
  
• Flash sales, limited-time events (e.g., Halloween promotions, Valentine’s Day sales, new product limited-time offers, weekend flash deals), or major promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas/New Year sales).
  
• Price changes caused by currency exchange fluctuations, shipping fees, taxes, or import duties.
  
• Refurbished, open-box, used, or clearance items.
  
• Pricing errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes on other sites.
  
• Any coupons, promo codes, discounts, or special offers not directly issued by Roborock (including those provided by banks, card issuers, or third-party partners).
  
• Items marked by Roborock as not eligible for price-match or price-adjustment promotions.
  

5. Refund Processing and Returns

• If you request a return for a product for which you have previously received a price difference refund under this Promise, the refund amount for your return will be calculated based on the net price you paid after the price match refund has been deducted.
  
• The price difference refund received is final and will not be re-credited.
  

6. Limitations

• Each order is eligible for one price refund only.
  
• Roborock reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny claims that do not meet the terms of this policy.
  
• This policy does not extend or alter any existing return, refund, or warranty period.
  
• The Price Match Promise is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  

7. Improper Conduct and Remedies

If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in this Price Match Promise program, including but not limited to:

using fraudulent methods to claim the benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or violating the principle of good faith —

Roborock shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the price match request or revoke the approved status of any request.

Furthermore, Roborock may require the user to return any price difference refund that has already been issued as a result of such improper conduct.

If the user's improper conduct causes any losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred for safeguarding rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to claim full compensation from the user.

8. Force Majeure and Program Suspension/Termination

In the event of Force Majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable circumstances — or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that compromise the fairness of the program,

Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures, including suspending, modifying, or terminating the Price Match Promise.

9. Policy Changes

Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect valid claims already submitted within the guarantee period.

10. Disputes

This Price Match Promise shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall participants be entitled to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with submitting the Price Match request).

Participants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
