What is a refurbished Roborock product?
A refurbished Roborock product is a pre-owned device professionally restored to full working condition. Each unit undergoes a strict inspection, testing, and cleaning process by certified technicians to ensure it performs like new. It may show slight cosmetic wear, such as small scratches, but these do not affect functionality or performance.
-
What warranty is included, and how do I use it?
Refurbished Roborock products come with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects (excluding accidental damage or misuse). If you experience any issue covered under warranty, please contact our support team with your order information for assistance.
-
Why should I buy a refurbished Roborock product?
Refurbished Roborock products deliver the same high-quality cleaning performance and smart features as new models—at a more affordable price, typically 10–50% lower than new. Each device meets Roborock’s strict quality standards, offering you premium performance with great value.

What are the differences between Saros Z70 and Saros 10R?
1. Saros Z70 comes with the industry-leading retractable 5-axis robotic arm module. The robotic arm retracts to its compartment when idle and extends during cleaning, helping the robot clean the floor and tidy up items on the floor. It also supports the Remote Control to Pick Up and High & Low-view Video features.
2. With Roborock's latest active cutting technology, Saros Z70's main brush can cut hairs during cleaning, free from frequent maintenance.
3.Up to 22000 Pa suction.
Like Saros 10R, Saros Z70 also boasts the AdaptiLift™ chassis, FlexiArm Riser side brush and liftable FlexiArm mop, and supports features such as self-cleaning. With a 7.98 cm ultra-thin body, it delivers an excellent floor cleaning performance based on the latest technology.

What can the robotic arm do?
Saros Z70's retractable 5-axis robotic arm retracts to its compartment when idle and extends during cleaning. Its features include:
1. Assisting the robot with cleaning: During cleaning, the robotic arm extends to pick up obstacles so that the robot can clean the areas under and around the obstacles' previous positions, and previously blocked areas. For example, after picking up the socks at the door and placing them in a cleaned area, the robot can clean the area previously covered by the socks and areas around the socks' previous position and enter the room through the door for cleaning.
2. Tidying up items on the floor: The robotic arm can pick up small items, such as slippers, socks, small towels and crumpled tissues, from the floor and place them in designated positions.
3. Remote Control to Pick Up: You can remotely control the robot and the robotic arm to pick up and place items.
4. High & Low-view Video: When Remote Viewing is enabled, you can switch between the chassis camera and the gripper camera to remotely monitor from close-range or high-angle views.
In addition, the robotic arm will support more features through OTA updates.
-
What is the load capacity of the robotic arm? What items can it pick up?
1. The gripper at the end of the robotic arm can pick up items up to 300g. We recommend using it to pick up items below 300g.
2. The robotic arm can automatically pick up socks, small towels, crumpled tissues and slippers. It will be able to pick up other items through OTA updates. You can also remotely control it to pick up small items such as toys and dolls from the floor.
-
Is the robotic arm safe? Will it pinch me when retracting?
Saros Z70 is designed with multiple safety protection devices/mechanisms to prevent the moving robotic arm from injuring users, children and pets. These mechanisms include:
1. The robotic arm switch: When the robotic arm is not needed, you can disable it, and then it will not automatically extend.
2. Emergency Stop button: If an emergency occurs when the robotic arm is working, you can press this button to immediately stop all operations of the robot.
3. Pressure switch and anti-pinch sensor: They can help prevent pinching by the robotic arm and electric hatch.
4. Collision Sensing: This helps avoid continuous collisions.
5. Restriction to the grip force: This helps avoid pinching. Besides, the gripper can be forced apart reversely for users to take out the item picked.

Does the main brush get tangled with hair easily? Will it affect daily cleaning?
With active cutting technology, the robot can cut hair with its main brush when cleaning and easily vacuum the hair with powerful suction. However, if there is too much hair during daily cleaning, the main brush may not be able to vacuum the hair in time, causing entanglement. So we recommend cleaning it regularly.
-
What is the battery runtime of the robot and the robotic arm?
The robot consumes little power. For example:
With the robotic arm disabled and the Mop Wash Frequency set to 15 minutes, the robot can keep vacuuming/mopping for about 2 hours and 15 minutes or more, cleaning a room with a floor area of about 180 square meters at a time;
With the robotic arm enabled and the Mop Wash Frequency set to 15 minutes, assuming the robotic arm tidies up 10 items during cleaning, the robot can clean a room with a floor area of about 150 square meters at a time;
Generally, if you remotely control the robotic arm to pick up items without cleaning, each operation consumes about 1% of the power.
The above data is only for reference. The actual results vary with the situation of the items on the floor and the Mop Wash Frequency or other settings.
-
How does the robotic arm assist the robot in cleaning and automatically tidy up items?
1. After cleaning, the robotic arm will extend to move the obstacles that can be gripped to the side, allowing the robot to clean the areas previously covered by the obstacles for optimal cleaning performance.
If small items like paper balls, crumpled tissues, or socks are detected during cleaning, the robotic arm will extend to pick up these items and place them in the designated positions.
In addition, the robotic arm will put shoes into the shoe storage area after cleaning.
