1. Eligibility

This guarantee applies to:

• Purchases made directly from https://ca.roborock.com/pages/roborock-store.
  
• The same product (identical model, specifications, and color) that is new and in stock at the time of the request.
  

Third-party reseller or marketplace orders (such as Amazon, eBay, or other online retailers) are not covered by this policy.

2. Guarantee Period

The Price Match Promise is valid for 30 calendar days from the original purchase date, as indicated on your order confirmation.

If the same item is offered at a lower publicly listed price on an official Roborock Canada online store within this 30-day period, you may request a refund of the price difference.

3. Request Process

To submit a Price Match request:

Provide the following information:

• Order number
  
• Purchase date
  
• Screenshot or valid link showing the lower price and timestamp
  

Once verified, Roborock will process the refund of the price difference to your original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Exclusions

Requests where the lower-priced item used for comparison falls under any of the following categories are not eligible:

• Coupon codes, vouchers, membership discounts, special group discounts, bundles, referral or share discounts, bundles or gift-with-purchase promotions.
  
• Flash sales, limited-time events (e.g., Halloween promotions, Valentine’s Day sales, new product limited-time offers, weekend flash deals), or major promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas/New Year sales).
  
• Price changes caused by currency exchange fluctuations, shipping fees, taxes, or import duties.
  
• Refurbished, open-box, used, or clearance items.
  
• Pricing errors, misprints, or typographical mistakes on other sites.
  
• Any coupons, promo codes, discounts, or special offers not directly issued by Roborock (including those provided by banks, card issuers, or third-party partners).
  
• Items marked by Roborock as not eligible for price-match or price-adjustment promotions.
  

5. Refund Processing and Returns

• If you request a return for a product for which you have previously received a price difference refund under this Promise, the refund amount for your return will be calculated based on the net price you paid after the price match refund has been deducted.
  
• The price difference refund received is final and will not be re-credited.
  

6. Limitations

• Each order is eligible for one price refund only.
  
• Roborock reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny claims that do not meet the terms of this policy.
  
• This policy does not extend or alter any existing return, refund, or warranty period.
  
• The Price Match Promise is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  

7. Improper Conduct and Remedies

If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in this Price Match Promise program, including but not limited to:

using fraudulent methods to claim the benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or violating the principle of good faith —

Roborock shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the price match request or revoke the approved status of any request.

Furthermore, Roborock may require the user to return any price difference refund that has already been issued as a result of such improper conduct.

If the user's improper conduct causes any losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred for safeguarding rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to claim full compensation from the user.

8. Force Majeure and Program Suspension/Termination

In the event of Force Majeure — including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, war, strikes, power/communication failures, or other unforeseeable, unavoidable, and insurmountable circumstances — or in cases of systemic technical failures or large-scale cheating that compromise the fairness of the program,

Roborock reserves the right to take necessary measures, including suspending, modifying, or terminating the Price Match Promise.

9. Policy Changes

Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Price Match Promise at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect valid claims already submitted within the guarantee period.

10. Disputes

This Price Match Promise shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall participants be entitled to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than participants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with submitting the Price Match request).

Participants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

1. Black Friday Cashback Promotion Overview

To thank customers for their support, this Black Friday cashback promotion is organised and operated by Roborock (hereinafter referred to as the "Organiser").

This promotion runs only on the following two specified dates, with each day operating as an independent event:

• 28 November (Black Friday): 00:00:00 PST - 23:59:59 PST
  
• 1 December (Cyber Monday): 00:00:00 PST - 23:59:59 PST
  

Customers who place qualified orders through https://ca.roborock.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "Qualified Customers") on these two specified dates will automatically participate in this promotion.

Qualified Customers may receive cashback rewards based on the following criteria:

• Single order actual paid settlement amount ≥ CA$500 (cannot be accumulated across multiple orders)
  
• Ranking based on order settlement time
  

Returns or other refunds may result in loss of your cashback eligibility. For details, please refer to Clause 3.2 Return and Refund Processing.

3. Distribution & Redemption Rules

3.1 Cashback Processing

• Winning customers must check their payment accounts to confirm refund receipt; the Organiser will not send separate arrival notifications.
  

3.2 Return & Refund Processing Eligibility Verification

• Full order returns/refunds will result in loss of cashback eligibility.
  
• If you request a return for products that previously received cashback under this promotion, the refund amount will be calculated based on the net price you actually paid after deducting the cashback refund. The amount after deducting cashback is the final refund.
  
• Partial returns/refunds that reduce order value below the required amount for participation will cancel cashback eligibility.
  
• If after a partial refund, the remaining order value still meets the minimum amount requirement, your cashback eligibility remains valid.
  
• If partial refund causes the remaining order value to fall below the minimum amount requirement, your cashback eligibility will be canceled. 4. Restrictive Clauses

4.1 Order Validity

4.2 Participation Restrictions

• Immediate revocation of all obtained rewards
  
• If Roborock reasonably determines that a user has engaged in any improper conduct in participating in this Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion, including but not limited to: using fraudulent methods to claim the benefit (e.g., scripted purchasing, creating fake orders), providing false information, disrupting system operations, implementing cyber-attacks, or employing any other means that violate the principle of good faith, Roborock shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to decline the cashback request or revoke the approved status of any request
  
• Furthermore, Roborock may require the user to return cashback amounts that have already been issued as a result of such improper conduct
  
• Permanent ban from future Roborock promotions
  
• If the user's improper conduct causes any losses to Roborock (including but not limited to direct economic losses, reputational damage, and reasonable costs incurred for safeguarding rights, such as legal fees), Roborock reserves the right to claim full compensation from the user
  

6. Disclaimer

• Rankings are determined based on order settlement time recorded by the system during the promotion period. Roborock ensures data accuracy but is not liable for minor, unintentional errors that don't affect overall fairness.
  
• Roborock reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion at any time, provided that such changes do not affect valid orders already submitted within the guarantee period. We reserve the right to interpret and adjust promotion terms. Any changes will be announced in official stores, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

7. Disputes

The Promoter’s contest is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. Under no circumstances in any such dispute shall the entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorney’s fees, other than entrants’ actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering Promoter’s Contest). The entrants waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

By participating in the Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion, you, the Entrant, have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Roborock Black Friday Cashback Promotion Terms.
