    The temperature of F25 Ultra's internal boiler outlet in Steam mode is about 180°C, while the steam outlet temperature is about 99°C. The temperature of steam upon contact with floor surfaces in Steam mode does not exceed 70°C.

  • What is the temperature of F25 Ultra during hot-water cleaning?

    The maximum temperature at the boiler outlet inside the product can reach about 86°C in Hot-water mode.

  • What is the cleaning coverage in each mode of F25 Ultra?

    Our product is safe to use on ceramic tiles, marble floors, solid wood floors, and laminate floors. It has undergone rigorous testing to ensure zero damage to floor surfaces.

  • How long will it take to fully charge the F25 Ultra?

    It takes about 4 hours to fully charge the product with the charging power of 60W. Each full charge consumes about 0.2 kWh of power.

  • How many self-cleaning modes are available?

    There are 2 self-cleaning modes. You can switch between them in the app.

    High-temperature self-cleaning (factory default): It rinses the roller with heated water.

    Steam self-cleaning: Besides high-temperature self-cleaning, it sterilizes the roller with high-temperature steam.
