Q: What's the advantage of having Duoroller brush?

A: The DuoRoller brush will spin in opposite directions, which can improve the pick up of hairs on carpet and avoid tangled hairs and experience supreme cleaning with an increased grip strength forcarpet cleaning, floors, and any other surfaces.

Q: Does S8+ support cleaning along floor direction?

A: Yes, the robot will clean the floor along its direction to minimize scraping against floor seams in full cleaning or room cleaning. Please set up floor direction and enable “clean along floor direction” in the app for this feature to work.

Q: Does S8 series support obstacle avoidance?

A: Yes, S8 series support Reactive 3D Obstacle Avoidance. Obstacles can be recognized by using structured light technology. It’s capable of recognizing over 10 types of obstacles.
